Want to exchange or return a product? It's quick and easy in three steps :-)

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within five working days of receiving the return shipment.

If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to notify the entrepreneur of this within 14 days after receiving the product.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Complete the return form. Download the return form here and fill it out completely.
Step 2 : Send your order. Send the items, along with the completed return form, to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we don't want any misunderstandings.
Step 3 : Receive the purchase amount on your bank account Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within five working days.
