Exchanges and returns

Do you want to exchange or return a product? You can do this quickly and easily in three steps.

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within five business days of receiving the return.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are obliged to notify Limarisa's customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: fill in the return form, download the QR code of the return form here and complete it fully.
Step 2: send your order Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five business days.
